Both the courtyard and rooftop are finished with high-end, weather-resistant materials—from the modern woven chairs to the durable stone surfaces. With multiple stations available across two floors, you have the flexibility to choose your vibe.

The Courtyard

The heart of the building, Linea's central courtyard is a lush, resort-style atmosphere for your next barbecue.

Professional Grill Stations: Located near from the pool, the courtyard features high-end stainless steel BBQ grills set into expansive stone countertops. With plenty of prep space and built-in tiling details, it’s a professional-grade setup to enjoy.
A Grand Communal Table: For larger gatherings, the courtyard features a massive, concrete-topped communal table sheltered by a modern architectural pergola. Overhead pendant lighting frames the space.
Intimate Lounging: For quieter meals, the space is dotted with smaller grouped seating areas and built-in stone banquettes lined with cushions.
